What time should I choose to get transportation on disembarkation day?

It's been a few years since I've done a cruise and I forget the timing on disembarkation day. We arrive in port (Port Canaveral) at 8 am. Our flight at MLB (Melbourne airport) isn't until 3 pm. Carnival offers transportation from the port in an 8:30 am - 9:30 am window and in a 9:30 am - 10:30 am window. Which should I choose?

If you are taking the Carnival shuttle, it really doesn't matter.  They will put you on the first available shuttle after you leave.  Once it is full, they will fill the second.
