Princess OBC bonus not offered on casino comps?

I just booked a casino offer - was free interior and some free play, but no Princess Plus. So, I paid to add Princess Plus. But I was surprised when the agent told me that the 100 Shore excursion OBC promo was not included. Has anyone else booking a casino comp received that OBC?  I am pretty new to Princess casino bookings, so am wondering if this is the way it usually is, with no extra bonuses included with casino comp bookings, even if booking with the plus package.

The shore excursion bonus would be for paid bookings, and normally has nothing to do with Princess Plus.

Casino comps are not combinable with any other offer (it's in the fine print).

Folks have been getting their CCL stockholder benefit OBC with casino rates and free cruises for years.

I stand corrected on the CCL stockholder benefit (I know that too because I get it....LOL)

Thanks for the info everyone. As I said I am pretty new to Princess casinos. I sailed mostly with NCL on casino discounts before and if I recall correctly, I think you used to get whatever current promo was going with NCL when booking the casino rate. But every cruise line is different and it's good to know the rules of each one.
