OBC question

My experience has been that the OBC is automatically added to your ship account and as you spend, the amount is deducted from that OBC amount and once it runs out, it reverts to charges that will be paid by the credit card you linked to your account.  If you are in the casino you can use your cruise card to add funds to your players account at one of the slot machines.  Again, this comes from either your linked credit card or your OBC.  My understanding is that the OBC portion of the account is used first.  If you want to use OBC specifically for grats, you may have to speak with someone in guest services to have it applied.  This was my experience on Seashore.  Others with more MSC experience may be able to further clarify.
