ms Zuiderdam in Juneau September 23, 2022

Friday marks Zuiderdam's last Juneau visit of the season.  She will be at the Franklin Street dock from 1pm to 10pm.  After this cruise she will be heading to San Diego and then doing Tales of the South Pacific before heading to Fort Lauderdale (and a short dry dock). 

 

Also in port are Seabourn Odyssey at the CT dock (7am-9pm) and Quantum of the Seas at the AS dock (1pm-8pm).

 

The weather is going to be lousy.  An inch of rain is predicted with a high of only 52F/11C and a low of 47F/8C.  Sunrise is at 6:45am and sunset at 6:53 pm.

So Zuidy's last visit has a view blocker - what else is new.

 

I wish I was on her, once she leaves Alaska. Oh well.

 

I hope a great voyage for the ones who do go to the Sou Pac.

Zuidy has just entered Gastineau Channel - maybe 30-40 minutes yet.

 

Viewblocker already in place - so it will be a short sail-in.

 

Weather is clear and cam NOT panning. So we'll get a good view of her short camera time.
