Tierun Posted September 22, 2022 #1 Share Posted September 22, 2022 Booked Meraviglia for March 2023. In the cruise planner the drink packages aren’t showing up for purchase. Anyone else had this happen? My only guess is because final payment hasn’t been made yet.

If so, you cannot book until you are onboard. If a 4 or 7 night it may be because it is rather far out and/or final payment has not been made. I will suggest, however, that you look at the rate for the "all in Plus wifi" booking --- depending on the sailing it presents a HUGE savings vs adding the same beverage package separately.

Thanks for the info Usually MSC don't allow drinks packages on less than 4 nights cruises and for good reasons I fully support myself. I've read here in CC that in some American sailings they're permitting it. Maybe the Captains will have a say week by week whether they can do, depending on the demographics? Either way that, if true, might to be a compromise for the US market.
Tierun Posted September 23, 2022 Author #5 Share Posted September 23, 2022 This is my first time doing a weekend sailing with MSC. The wife and we’re on Seashore and loved it. Took the kids on Divina and had and even better time, but couldn’t get to OC due to to rough seas. This sailing is an overnight at OC and the youngest is turning 18 so we booked it. All will be well.
