Do they still send out "Latitudes Membership" cards?

After our first cruise, back in the olden times of 2000, we received plastic cards in the mail with our name and Latitudes number on it. 

Does NCL still do that? I 100% know I don't need it, but I lost mine. Had it in a pouch on the lanyard I keep my room key in on board and can't find where I put it after the last cruise. 

I'd ask for a new one if it's still a thing.
