Encore spa facilities - steam, sauna etc

I can find very little information on spa facilities on the Encore that aren't linked to specific therapies.  Is there a steam room, sauna, etc that are available for guests who aren't getting a treatment and aren't in the Retreat?

The Ovation is the sister ship to the Encore and the spa layout appears to be the same. On the Ovation, there is a medium sized sauna and showers in the men's locker area, but no steam room. I presume the women's area is similar. These areas are open to all guests without charge.

Ovation has both sauna and a steam room in each of the men’s and women’s locker rooms in the spa, and it is not free, even if you get a massage or are at the retreat. I got $600 worth of massages and still had to pay another $25 to use this area.  I assume Encore is the same, as it’s essentially the same ship.  Anyone can pay the $25, but I wasn’t impressed and won’t be doing that for a second time.

The sauna is free, the steam is in the Spa/Serene area which is chargeable.
