Acceptable Covid tests for the unvaxxed

So am i reading and understanding this correctly, if not vaxxed, i can bring my actual negative test or a picture of it with me as proof? how do they know it was taken within 3 days?

Norwegian has removed all vaccine and testing requirements. Looking for RCCL to do the same any day!

That's the way I see it.  At least from U.S. Homeports.
