Royal Up on Harmony Lately

With ships sailing to capacity or very close, are large quantities of people still getting a royal Ups? We went from a balcony to a Croswn Losft Suite but there were only 1980 passengers sailing  then. Wondering what the chances are for this January>

It all depends on the inventory- track that till about a few weeks out and that will tell you the chances.
