San Francisco hotel near grocery

I'm flying in the day before and hoping for an airport transfer to a hotel away from the port but where I could safely walk to a grocery store to pick up some soda for the cruise.  I'll grab a Lyft or Uber to the port the next day.  Anyone know of a hotel that fits that requirement?  Prefer 100-150$ per night range.

That's a pretty low amount per night for San Francisco.  Maybe look near the airport and there's plenty of places to buy soda that aren't full blown grocery stores.  Most of the hotels near the airport have shuttles from SFO.  A lot depends on the day of the week and if there's any events going on.  Weekends tend to be cheaper due to no business (expense account) travelers being in town.

Best Western El Rancho in Millbrae, has SFO shuttle, and is a couple of blocks from Safeway & Trader Joe's.  Close enough to smell burning jet fuel when the wind is right.

$100 is very, VERY low for San Francisco. The two budget options I'd look at are the Columbus Motor Inn and Travelodge by Wyndham by Fisherman's Wharf.

 

There is no chance I'd stay near the airport. It just adds to the cost to get to the cruise terminal.
