Can you charge casino chips?

Yes...

-Pre-cruise you can (currently) buy up to $500 ($50 x 10) and receive a 10% bonus in the cruise planner.

-On-board, I believe if you don't have casino status you get charged a fee at the tables so you'd do a room charge for slots, cashout, get cash at the cashier and bring that cash to the tables.  Most ships allows this, I believe it's the Reflection you have to do all of this at the casher.
