Wind Issues?: No Connecting Cabin? Where Does it Connect?: No Hammock: Yes /No: Yes Metal/Glass Terrace: Glass Advantages/Problems: Sink area, shower and toilet areas are bigger than standard sea terrace cabins. Only 14 inches of room between the foot of bed and the wall. Would You Book Again?: Maybe Comments: We found the bed very uncomfortable. Our sailing encountered stormy, rough seas, with lots of noise from the bow hitting waves. Edited April 6 by notme2012
snarfbeast Posted April 16 #52 Share Posted April 16 Ship: Valiant Lady Cabin#: 14011 A Deck #: 14 Cabin Category: Cheeky Corner Suite, Biggest Terrace Sleeps: 2 Cabin Location: Port, Aft Terrace/Window/Obstruction: No Noise Issues?: YES. Every morning at 3am they clean the outside deck on 15. The sound of moving furniture woke us up almost every day. We registered complaints with sailor services and our RS Agent, and are hoping they'll figure out how to move furniture without dragging it. Wind Issues?: No Connecting Cabin? Where Does it Connect?: Yes, connects in the far outside corner. Hammock: Yes Metal/Glass Terrace: Glass Advantages/Problems: Great big balcony! Couch, 4 chair dinette set, and two loungers. Way more furniture than you possibly need. Interior is oddly shaped, but large. The little seating area and chair are more useful for storing things than sitting, they're awkwardly placed. Would You Book Again?: NO. The noise issue is a deal breaker. Comments: We are spoiled by the giant balcony. Sitting on the couch or loungers while coming into and leaving port is great! You get the same view from decks 13 and down, so I'd avoid this one if you can due to the noise issue from deck 15.

footprintsaroundtheglobe Posted May 8 #54 Share Posted May 8 Ship: Valiant Lady Cabin#: 10009A Deck #:10 Cabin Category: Rockstar Suite Aft Suite Sleeps: 2 Cabin Location: Aft Terrace/Window/Obstruction: No obstructions at all - HUGE terrace with 4 chairs, table, hammock and 2 sun loungers. Additional large porthole window from the shower over the terrace with direct ocean views. Noise Issues?: None at all Wind Issues?: None Connecting Cabin? Where Does it Connect?: No Hammock: Yes Metal/Glass Terrace: Glass Terrace Advantages/Problems: We loved the location of this room, although at the very aft we found the aft elevators and stairs to almost always be empty and convenient to many of the places on the ship that we enjoyed, including the galley, Dock house, Social Club, Pizza Place, Lick me 'til I scream, etc. Would You Book Again?: We already have! 🙂
Geebeeau Posted July 3 #55 Share Posted July 3 (edited) Ship: Resilient Lady Cabin#: 13094Z Deck #: 13 Cabin Category: Sea Terrace Sleeps: 1, 2, 3 or 4: 2 Cabin Location: (Port, Starboard, Forward, Aft): Aft Starboard Terrace/Window/Obstruction: Terrace Noise Issues?: No. Wind Issues?: No Connecting Cabin? Where Does it Connect?: No Hammock: Yes /No: Yes Metal/Glass Terrace: Glass Advantages/Problems: On deck 13 in this part of the ship, the overhang from deck 15 means that your terrace misses out from some sun during part of the day. If you were on a lower deck, this will be less of a problem. Would You Book Again?: Maybe Comments: This cabin had the bed closer to the terrace. Lottie93 Posted September 2 #56 Share Posted September 2 Ship: Resilient Lady Cabin#: 14210Z Deck #: 14 Cabin Category: Sea Terrace Sleeps: 1, 2, 3 or 4: 2 Cabin Location: (Port, Starboard, Forward, Aft): Starboard, Mid Terrace/Window/Obstruction: Terrace Noise Issues?: Yes. This room is directly below the pool deck and as such can be very noisy, especially on Scarlet Night. Wind Issues?: No Connecting Cabin? Where Does it Connect?: No Hammock: Yes /No: Yes Metal/Glass Terrace: Glass Advantages/Problems: Location is great for The Galley & elevators. Terrible if you're a light sleeper/prefer to sleep earlier. You can often hear people above moving furniture around/dropping heavy items on the ground (especially when on the balcony), and the Scarlet Night pool party is incredibly disruptive if like us you are light sleepers & are early risers. Would You Book Again?: No
