Getting to Senor Frogs Downtown

I'm participating in the bar hop tour that was recommended in this forum. The tour website mentions the tour starts at Senor Frogs downtown. Are there two locations for this place? According to the cruise schedule, there will be five other ships in port besides Prima. Is there a pier that NCL usually docks at? Trying to determine if it's possible to walk to this Senor Frogs in downtown?

NCL generally docks at Punta Langosta in town and you could walk easily to Snr Frogs.
 

There is one Snr Frogs, check Google maps, near Hooters.

 

sometimes, (probably more than 8 ships), NCL may tender and that could be to a downtown location, or International, or possibly Puerta Maya. In which case you would need a taxi. Bar Hop will drop you off at your pier at the end. 
 

Perhaps easiest to ask on sailings nearer your date to find out where they generally dock.
