Shore Excursion: An Evening at the Sugar Shack

Has anyone done this excursion in Quebec?  I've found a lot of reviews on Trip Advisor but I'm not sure it's the same experience as Celebrity is offering.

We did this excursion with Celebrity but it was several years ago. I remember it being a fun evening and certainly nice for anyone with a sweet tooth.

We did this a few years ago. It was during the day and was a gorgeous fall day with brilliant leaf color. We enjoyed the history and demos of making maple sugar. We really th Bbought it was a great tour. Loved the apple pie by the way!

Yes, we did this on our 2017 Canada Summit cruise. Highly recommend.

The meal featured maple syrup in every course from appetizers to dessert! We were offered a choices, plenty of food, drinks were included. We sat at long banquet tables. There was entertainment…..after dinner we were all escorted outside to sample snow with maple syrup. We took a bus to the venue. Very informal. 
And I hope not much has changed in the intervening years. We show up expecting pre pandemic level of service, food, ambience, and in many cases, receive a new experience. Have a great cruise.

My sister did the X tour last week and loved it. Food was good and event entertaining.

How many courses is the dinner?  Trying to get an idea what we're in for.  Anyone have any pics of the food?

Also, are drinks included?  Available for purchase?  The description talks about music and dancing (the latter obviously an interest to us); any more on that?
