Test before embarkation

We are going on the spirit of adventure in November, does anyone know if saga are still doing the covid test at the port before embarking on a cruise.

We were on a cruise in September and at that time there was no testing before embarkation or at any time.

I think it depends on the length of the cruise.  We  booked  a 15 night cruise and have been advised that we won’t be tested prior to embarkation, but for longer cruises testing may still be required.  Best to check with Saga, as the situation may have changed.

Thank you for the replies, we will check with Saga as it doesn’t state anything on there frequently asked questions only mentions a health questionnaire.

Will post back , think we will wait till November as testing might change before we cruise.

Testing has been lifted no matter how long the cruise is. You can check for yourselves under travel updates on the Saga cruising web site

Just received an email from saga that they are no longer testing the drivers or any port testing, no matter how long the cruise is.  Will only require a test if the destination asks for it.
