Using gift-card on board

I have some gift-card from Holland that I would like to use on board. Does anybody know how to do this?

You can just go to guest services and they will apply  it (them) to your account. For our last 2 cruises, June and Sept, remaining unused balance was refunded to our credit card on file. Was surprised by that, so not sure that will always be the case (as opposed to refunding unused balance back to gift which is what I would have thought to be the rule)

I had the same experience. When our cruise ended on October 24 we had several hundred dollars of unused OBC that we had purchased with gift cards. A few days later I found that amount posted to our credit card on October 24.

It was a pleasant surprise, especially since we had purchased the cards at a 10% discount through AARP.

It's important to have barcode and pin # of each gift card
