HAL's time in Grand Cayman?

What time zone do HAL ships keep when in Grand Cayman? Do they stay on EST or Central time? Grand Cayman is on Central Time. Here is a quote from our tour reservation, "The tour departs the pier at 8:15 M Central Time (this is 9:15 AM ship time, if your ship operates on Eastern Time). It completes at 1:30 Central Time. We ask that you check in no later than 8 AM Central Time (this is 9:15 AM ship time, if your ship operates on Eastern Time)."

But now I'm confused because I went to a time zone website and they show Georgetown, GC as being the same time as Eastern??

Help!

thanks!

I Luv Crusin: What month is the tour you mentioned. I do not believe that the Camens observe daylight savings time so part of the year they are eastern and part they are central.

HAL usually adheres to island time. Consequently ship time is local time.

The changes are made at 2am; you will get a time-change notice the evening before you go to bed along with the next day's port info and daily schedule.
