All of the classes for our sailing are already sold out.  They went so fast! Do they save any spots for guests to fill when we board? I'm thinking probably not. Do they have a cancelation list we might be able to sign up for?

They are under specialty dining. But they aren't listed until a few weeks before you sail.

I was also wondering this.  I snagged the last Pit Master BBQ spot for my husband on our Celebration cruise in Jan, but there was only 1 spot left so I can't go with him.  I keep checking the site to see if someone cancels,  but was hoping there was an easier option. 🙂

When I cruised in August, there were no extra spots available for classes that were previously sold out.  However, not all classes were sold out prior to embarkation.  I booked classes about 90 days out or so.
