Laviscount Island still open?

Hi there, anyone know if Laviscount Island tortoise sanctuary is still open and if it is, how to actually get to it? Haven't been able to find any info anywhere other than the occasional bundle tour with Stingray City (that they said they couldn't do because I should book through the cruise ship) and one of the Adventure Antigua tours which doesn't have them together.
