Travelling on Celebrity Eclipse for the first time and wondering what the Spa access rules are. We have an 'ordinary' room.  Can we access the Persian Garden or steam rooms complimentary or is a pass required?  Can you get a day pass on board?

Any information welcome as its hard to get details on the Celebrity website.
