Our British Isles 2023 went down ~$350, so even losing Excursion OBC it still saves $150 and I don't' have to wonder if OBC is for Excursions only 🙂

I’m not sure it’s supposed to be a sale. Just a chance to book one, two or Five cruises cheaply, and make a final decision later.
