I only went to the Butchers Cut.

I don’t think they really advertise it but if you head to the lounge at around 3pm you’ll find them serving others. I think it is sea days only.
 

Your butler will help you out with timings.

Is the impessei8n correct o e gets from reading the daily  progranms:

Yacht Club passengers are allowed to stay up until 1 am, when the top sail lounges closed.

All other have go to bed by midnight as that is when the other bars close?

The marketplace buffet has a bar - and that bar is also open until 1am.

Yet I guess I pass. A buffet area is not my idea of an evening bar/lounge.

is it open for breakfast? Not for alcohol. 🙂 Where can we get specialty coffees during breakfast? How about sodas?

We were spoiled by having a freestyle coke machine on the Allure of the Seas, but found it somewhat difficult to get a soda during breakfast on Enchanted Princess, since most bars are still closed. Sure, you can try to ask a waiter/waitress for one, but there were few available during breakfast and they were busy.

Yes, the buffet bar is open during breakfast. They serve specialty coffees and fresh juices in addition to other drinks.
