NicoleToussaint Posted November 28, 2022 #1 Share Posted November 28, 2022 Hi All, we are traveling with a 16 month old and 4 year old. I'm looking for some options for tours that come with a car seat for the baby. We have something small and inflatable we can bring for our 4 year old. It doesn't appear there is much we can walk to from the port. Are we better off renting a car for the day? I believe we arrive in Crown Bay (Symphony of the Seas). Thanks! Ms411 Posted November 28, 2022 #2 Share Posted November 28, 2022 St Thomas Taxi Association has the franchise for Crown Bay. I would contact them to see if any of their drivers have car seats. You need to google for their contact info. Not sure if car rentals have car seats. Again, you would have to google and contact. There is at least one company that rents equipment and will deliver. Rare Itchy&Scratchy Posted December 1, 2022 #3 Share Posted December 1, 2022 if you are bringing a Bubblebum inflatable booster, please make sure that your child is at least 40#. It has a good seat belt fit on kids over 40# and has a min 40# limit. Mifold has a questionable seat belt for small kids. You can always take an open air bus like this: it's equally not safe for anyone. Other than that, you could bring a very compact and lightweight Cosco Scenera NEXT for your 16 month old: you may need to learn to install car seats with a seat belt locking clip because the seatbelts may not lock the way you are used to, and the vehicle may not have latch/isofix. locking clip: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Safety-Seat-Belt-Locking-Clip-Universal-Accessories-Adjuster-Black-Kids-Safety/1020329963
