I have never seen such a service in St. Thomas.

At Amber Cove, there have been hires kw rickshaws ic you were so inclined.

The ship will not likely have something you can borrow. You probably want to bring your own.

How are you planning to make your way around the ship?

I have rented a scooter for use on the ship.  I have seen the types of cart I mentioned, but wasn't sure if they had them in these particular ports.  I was on a cruise in May, but ended up having to cancel excursions because of mobility issues, even though descriptions of the excursions that said they were appropriate for those with mobility issues.

You might ask this on the ports of call boards where more people will see it.  It seems to me they might have had something at St. Maarten, but it has been quite a few years since I was there.  In addition, I believe Royal docks at Crown Bay, not nearly as busy as Havensight.  EM
