Does anyone know how long it takes to get a check for the cash amount you had in your bank from the casino. I was not able to cash out the last night and have been off of the cruise for 2 weeks now and still no check from Carnival. I know that they donate it to St Judes if it is under a certain amount but mine was over $1800.

Just guessing, but at least 30 days

Big corporations don't do anything fast, and two weeks is fast in corporate time, even in cruise time, it's only two cruises ago.

 

I hope I'm wrong, but I'd guess at least 30 days

We left the Miracle last Sunday and our check arrived today, so less than a week.  It had a Miami return address, and I live in Los Angeles… but the post office isn’t usually that fast, so my guess is that it’s mailed from a fulfillment center elsewhere.

I would ask about it. I believe it is the casino side rather than Carnival who does this. Try this site to make your inquiry:

Most companies have more checks and balances the higher the amount involved. $1,800 will probably take longer than $100.

I left $43 on the Liberty on September 30 and still have not received a check. I filled out the form above 2-3 weeks ago, no response received.

Thank you everyone for the info. My mother got hurt in Cabo so we were not able to continue the cruise, or I would have never left that much in my bank! I hope the check comes soon! Wish it was as quick as the charges were LOL
