Do you mean CR as in Compass Rose on Regent?  Or The Restaurant on Seabourn?

You know, it’s tough getting old lol. I haven’t been on the Seabourn boards in a while so thought I was on Regent.

Sorry about that.

The Dover sole in TKG is incredible.  Flaky, moist, and tender with a smokey, nutty taste .  It takes a special dish to overcome my desire for the lobster thermidor that is also on the menu, but this is special.

As a bonus, it is filleted tableside.

Warning: it is huge, plenty for two people.

We have loved the Dover Sole in the TK Grill--and agree it is plenty for two.  My only criticism is that it is often swimming in butter.   It IS  our favorite entree on the menu.

The Dover sole was always our favorite too, but we learned that to avoid having it drowning in butter all we had to do was ask for the butter to be brought to the table on the side.  I had the sole a couple of weeks ago on the Sojourn and it was still too much for one person but the butter was brought in a little sauce boat and I was able to put as much or as little as I liked. Problem solved.

Just ask for it plain grilled.

I prefer the sauce as I like the butter and herbs
