I did very little this morning as I spent more time at Thermal Suite and now I am at Sea Day Brunch … they seemed to be fully staffed as the staff does not seem rushed at all… totally different experience than the Mardi Gras

Saw all the musicians from all the venue on the ship as Lee introduced them and told us where they will be… this gets you excited and I certainly will be checking out some of these venues 

The Quoro Trio are awesome. Loved going to see them perform in the Golden Jubilee as well as in the big performance Center Stage.

I spent some relaxing time at the thermal suite… great experience… not too crowded on day 1 around 5pm!  Then I checked in for Chibang and waited 10 minutes before being called down for dinner.  This was around 6:30 PM

 

dinner was surprisingly quick trouble free and I was out of there by 7:30pm

Looks like a typical 10 course Benny dinner.

Cucina… talk about coincidence… the server I had in Mardi Gras last Christmas came out of No where and ran over to me and gave me a hug as I was about to sit down.  What a wonderful surprise… I couldn’t believe it.  Be nice to your server … they remember !

OMG this was the best… 10 questions and Lee took his time and it was amazing!!!!  No rushing through … no advertising of later events… just all about the love & marriage!  Loved it!!!

Just a reminder.  The taste the world special at Emeril's, which is unique to the Celebration versus the Mardi Gras changes on a daily basis.  I believe it consists of an app, an entree and a dessert.

Wow!  Fresh seafood.

We have not been on Carnival for years.

This is new.   This Bistro looks pricey but delicious.
