asmit4 Posted December 19, 2022 #1 Share Posted December 19, 2022 My son is 11 and an only child. Is there a meet and greet onboard for kids to meet other kids? I didn't see it listed in the Dailies.

NCL has an organized, staff-facilitated youth program for kids to meet and hang with others their age. You need to enroll your son in the Splash Academy on embarkation day. And ensure that he attends the first night when they make friends for the cruise. After that, you can drop him off to hang with kids his own age for the rest of the cruise. Right now, the demand is lower so they are setting up activities based on the demographics of the kids enrolled. Pre-pandemic, there were specific age groups with specific programs. For an 11 year old, you would normally set it up so he can sign himself out of the Academy if he wants and set up meeting points/times (back in the room by 5:30). asmit4 Posted December 19, 2022 Author #3 Share Posted December 19, 2022 Perfect! We will plan for him to attend night 1 to meet other kids. It was like this on Disney too and I had hoped for the same on NCL.
