Cabin assignment and Royal bid

a few minutes ago, we received our inside cabin assignment, and we had a royal bid for a balcony, which we have not heard from.  Does this mean, it is over for the bid, and we will not get a balcony.  Thank you.

No, they are two completely separate things.

However, the fact that you now have a confirmed room assignment could conceivably result in your Royal Up bids being cancelled, in which case, if you are still interested, you will have to submit new bids.
