New Symbols on Avatars?

I must have missed something.  I am noticing new stuff "on top" of people's forum avatars...

 

My eyes are REALLY bad...it looks like it says "Rare"...plus the added ship symbol.  What is this?

These have been around for at least a year now.  Cruise Critic awards them to you for doing "Live" threads.  It does say "Rare" over the avatar.

Thanks for educating this old dog!  Yes, I did a fairly in-depth (for me anyway) review of the Oktoberfest Capitals of Northern Europe cruise on the Island a couple months back.  I saw the header that was posted by the forum host in the thread itself...but never noticed my avatar changed until just a few days ago.  I guess I just tend to ignore pictures of myself! 😄
