Alcohol free package Virtuosa

Hi, we are sailing in March on Virtuosa - does anyone know

• is Heineken 0 is included in the Alcohol free package 
• is San Pellegrino Lemon (and other flavours) available
• are there Fevertree or Fentimen tonics and drinks available?

• is San Pellegrino Lemon (and other flavours) available - Never seen flavored waters included, but my cruises have been Mediterranean, UAE and South America. Only regular still or sparkling water available. Maybe others on the UK or US sailings?... They may to make some mixed drinks out of the menu to turn a sparkling water on something more interesting, but making out of the menu on MSC is hit or miss.
• are there Fevertree or Fentimen tonics and drinks available? - Never seen those.
