Cabins situated directly below the Ocean View Cafe look nice, but wondering  if there is extra noise from the cafe?  I am concerned about early morning when the buffet is being organized for the day as  well as late evening

I would avoid any cabins located underneath the Ocean View Cafe. There is a small buffer area that is carpeted but, unless you are under this specific location you will hear clanging of carts. I recently moved a cabin to an alternate location for this very reason.

We recently stayed in the very first stateroom on deck 12 (2101 on Eclipse) on a 12 night sailing.  While there was some noise from a utility room used by staff right next to us, we did not notice any noise from above. The location was very convenient and we will book it again.
