Reserving Chairs/Umbrella at Eagle Beach

We have an early excursion from the cruise ship and was thinking about hitting Eagle Beach around noon.  Can we reserve chairs/umbrella ahead of time?  Don't want to get to the beach and not be able to have some shade, given how late we will be arriving.  

It looks like Frank's Place no longer reserves chairs at Amsterdam Manor as its not a selection on Frank's reservation page.  Only the Marriott and Holiday Inn.
