Spa/Steam room

I've been to Majahaul 10+ times so I know what it is like. We've done plenty of $20-$30 massages.  I'm wondering if there is anywhere that has a spa?  Would love some time in a hot tub, steam room, sauna, etc.  Any suggestions?  Don't even know if it exists there.

There's an excursion on Maya Wellness (which is just hyped New Agey stuff) , not sure if offered by all ships.  There used to be a Tesoro Spa with all the amenities but I believe it's closed.  Supposedly a place called Spa Tucan along the malecon.   There's information on Trip Advisor, but few reviews and website is in Spanish so you may need to get that translated.
