How to use OBC in the Casino?

If I have OBC thru a travel agent, or thru the Royal rewards Credit card, is there a way for me to use that OBC to gamble at the table games?  I have no interest in the slot machines.

 

I don't believe I can just go to the cashier and withdraw the OBC as cash.  Can I ask for an advance against the SeaPass card, but have them deduct from the OBC instead of charging my CC?  Is it subject to the same 20% up charge as advancing cash from the SeaPass?

Go to any machine and set up your account.  Make a charge to your room for the amount of cash you'd like play.  Immediately cash out of the machine and take the ticket to the cashier and get the cash.  The room charge counts against your OBC.

I have done this several times with my Royal branded BOA credit card on file.  This way I get double reward points for cash I spend in the casino.
