On Board Credit refund with MSC?

It would depend on the type of OBC and the issuer.  If it is an OBC from your travel agent, it is usually refundable. If it is from MSC itself,  is almost always non-refundable.  One thing you should do is make sure that if you have both types of OBC that they are posting the non-refundable OBC to your bill before going into the refundable. OBC.

If you don't use all of your On Board Credit will MSC refund you the money at customer service at the end of your cruise?

The easy answer-   Do not plan on getting any of OBC back from MSC.

if you cannot spend it on excursions etc., be aware it can be applied to your Daily Service Charge.
We figure out what DSC total will be and then use rest on tips.

Go to Casino, charge to room account and play slots for awhile. Cash out and take voucher to Cashier for cash. This cash is used for tips to staff.

Enjoy your cruise.
