Ketchikan: Totems/Crab Feast, Canoe Ride or Jeep Safari Excursion?

I'm trying to decide between these three excursions for the July cruise my husband and I are taking on the Celebrity Millennium to Alaska while we're in Ketchikan. One is the Saxman Native Toems and Crab Feast at George Inlet. I read that people don't like the one hour boat ride they have to do on some excursions, so the totems seem like a very good alternative and you still get to have crab.

The other excursion is a canoe ride in the rainforest and seeing ancient totems. The third excursion we're considering is a backcountry jeep ride and a canoe ride on Lake Harriet Hunt.

If there are any excursions I should be considering other than these, please let me know. Thanks in advance!
