Hello,

 

I am wondering if anyone has contact info for perhaps a CEO or other avenue to pursue an issue.  I have sent an email and received no response.  I called, but they were unable or unwilling to address my concern.

 

I haven’t been thrilled with Blue Chip Club.  Just hoping for an avenue to receive a response to my issue.  Thanks in advance!

Thank you!  I have called the main number, but got someone who wasn’t able to solve my issue.  Seemed unable or unwilling to connect me with any manager or way to escalate.  
 

 

Has anyone had success in solving a problem through higher channels?
