MSC Virtuosa

Hi All,

Looking at booking MSC Virtuosa for a 14 day Med cruise in July 2023 and were looking for some help in trying to decide on a balcony cabin for a family of four. Which side of the ship would be best and what floors are good with no obstructions etc.

thanks

On a round-trip the side of the ship doesn't tend to make any difference. Heading to the Med. the starboard side gets the best of the sun, coming back it's the port side - but thats of no benefit at night. To give any sort of advice we'd need to know your itinerary and times in each port, but mostly things balance out.

On Virtuosa, same as most newer ships, the lifeboats are mounted very low, so they don't obstruct any balcony cabins. Its quite possible that there my be the occasional obstruction or  part-obstruction, but they're normally clearly marked.

JB 🙂
