Ship itinerary time vs local time - Discovery Princess

Hi,  I'm sailing on Discovery Princess, January 28th with this stated itinerary below.  Can anyone who knows for certain, tell me if the times listed are also the local times, or what the difference is?  Thank you!

 

Mon, 01/30/23	Cabo San Lucas, Mexico Water Shuttle Required wheelchair Access Limited	12:00pm – 8:00pm
Tue, 01/31/23	Mazatlan, Mexico	8:00am – 6:00pm
Wed, 02/01/23	Puerto Vallarta, Mexico	7:00am – 6:00pm

They are local times.  You will go through two time changes forward(1 before Cabo, and another before Matzalan, then 2 back on the way back from PV. Was on Discovery doing these three ports during the last two weeks (8 time changes, 4 each week)

As you leave the ship there *should* be a clock stating what the SHIP time is near the gangway.  ALWAYS make note of the proper ship time!  It *should* be the same as local time...but the ship is going to LEAVE based on ship time!  Don't be the next YouTube stars doing the "pier run"!

Close, but the time advances are before Cabo and before PV.  (cabo and Mazatlan share a time zone, PV does not).  Then two on the way home. 
 

The Mazatlan-to-PV change seems to catch a few people unawares on every trip.
