Any problems with nonavailabllity of wines that are listed?  We had that happen once on another line and they would not substitute the missing wine with one of the same varietal. 

 

Really like that Cruise the Vineyards is an option.

Do you add gratuities? NO.  That would go directly to corporate.  If you want to tip your waiter the place to do that is on the $0.00 receipt he'll bring with each bottle.  We had that thoroughly explained by the head waiter more than once.

 

Is there a problem with non-availability? Sometimes. But I've never had my waiter suggest an alternate that we didn't thoroughly enjoy.
