Brooklyn Cruise Terminal - Now a Migrant Facility

Where are cruise ships going to homeport in New York now? It looks like the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal has been turned into the migrant facility for the City of New York. I’m concerned about MSC Meraviglia and Explora Journeys, but there must be other lines impacted as well.

Is it possible some of the migrants could be hired by the cruise lines to help with the staff shortages? Seems like a win for everyone - cruise lines get more staff, the migrants hired will have housing, food & an income and the terminal would be available for use by cruise lines.
