How to add your roll call.

Have read the instructions from several years ago about how to create a roll call for your sailing, but not seeing the links and wondering if there is a new way to add a roll call in 2023?

I need help too, there is an announcement that Explora now has roll calls but when I search January, nothing is found; it says you can add by clicking “new post” but there is no such button
