Black Label Photography Alaska Cruisep

We spent over $1800 on Black Label Photography on the Eurodam to Alaska in May of 2022. No pictures, no response from HA, only a case number. It took me 3 hours of wait time to get to a prior cruises guest relation representative.Anyone else have this issue and does anyone know the Black Label business name or location?

Very frustrating.

You're right you are not the only ones. I have heard lots of horror stories about Black Label on the HAL forum.
