Checking in first time MSC?

I am trying to check in and download my tickets and luggage tags. 
Every time I go through and get to email or download their system 

gives me a can’t process try again later, this has been going on for 

days and days! Any ideas for me?

When is your cruise?  The process really only opens 20 days out for downloading or getting your documents emailed to you, although some have reported getting their paperwork earlier.

there seems to be a current issue with the web check in on the MSC site. Another of the infamous MSC IT issues.

Same thing is happening to me.  Just select to have the e-ticket emailed to you.  That gives you everything you need.

The past several months I have received my e-ticket early. For our upcoming February 26 cruise I got it end of January. It seems that when I sign-in and make sure everything is complete and correct (I never enter credit card info - not necessary) I receive the e-ticket within a day.
