It says I get free Drinks and wi-fi for one device on the Seascape.. Can anyone confirm that is one device per person or per room?

If you booked this under the recent deal from MSC USA, it should be a 1-device browse package for each guest (and the Easy Plus beverage package).

 

If you booked as a solo, you get a 2-device browse package (or at least I did).

My booking confirmation, for 4 on seascape, shows an easy plus package for each adult, a minor package for each child, and a 2-device browse package under my name, and nothing on the other people booked in the room.

It’s usually 2 devices under the first person’s name on the reservation and then we each (me and spouse) sign in with our phones. 
Once you sign in on a device you cannot switch devices like on other cruise lines. 
 

I have seen some promotions that only come with WiFi for 1 device so it’s possible that is what you have. It should be pretty clear on your paperwork or email confirmation after booking.
