gracee Posted February 20, 2023 #1 Share Posted February 20, 2023 We sailed our first NCL cruise in January and loved it. (We have cruised a lot on RCCL in the past). We purchased the CruiseNext and also received a $100 Welcome Back coupon. We booked another cruise online for next March and used the CruiseNext for our deposit. We couldn't apply the coupon to the cruise payment for some unknown reason. Maybe it is for onboard credit? Confused. The coupon disappeared a few minutes after speaking with the 3rd NCL rep. None of them knew what a Welcome BacK coupon was. Has anyone used a Welcome Back coupon? Is it for onboard credit or can you apply it to your next cruise? So confused. Help!? madgran Posted February 20, 2023 #2 Share Posted February 20, 2023 Yes I did. Back in august I booked using 10% off . 100 dollars off and a cruise first (not cruise next) Just by calling the main NCL line. Cruising in April. In fact the rep could see the offers and applied all.

You should call back and make them tell you if the $100 coupon was applied to your cruise fare balance or if it shows as an OBC. It has disappeared from your account for a reason. You want to make sure it was properly used somewhere. Otherwise it could be that it was erroneously deleted somehow. The longer you wait to resolve this the more likely NCL will not be able to fix any problems. Keep pushing them to escalate it until someone who knows about the coupon can do something with it.
