It's been a few years since we've been on a Celebrity cruise. Do they also use the e-muster?

Yes.  You can view the muster video in the app the day of boarding or on the TV in your cabin once on the ship.

After viewing the video you report to you muster station where you check in.  The ship will not sail until everyone has checked in at their muster station.
