Are.we.there.yet? Posted March 22, 2023 #51 Share Posted March 22, 2023 I'm going to agree with the last 2 posters. We like the Radiance and we prefer it to the Panorama. We sail the Radiance next month and that's our third time in 6 months. Yes, it can get crowded and avoiding Spring Break is a must. It's a nice old ship. I think the Panorama feels crowded as well. We're sailing on her again, too, but we've had more fun on the Radiance. The 3 and 4 day cruises are a completely different experience from the 7 day. mz-s Posted March 22, 2023 #52 Share Posted March 22, 2023 Yeah I think any Carnival ship at over 100% capacity is going to be crowded, except I guess the Spirit class. It doesn't make much difference which ship you sail at that point.

We sailed on an 8-day cruise on the Sunshine and were not impressed with the ship. The common areas were so over crowded and the serenity area was located right next to the main Lido pool. No separation at all so you had to endure all the noise and people. Nothing serene about it.
