"Drink packages" for kids

I've seen this mentioned in several threads, but I'm not sure what it means. Are there non-alcoholic drink/beverage packages for kids? One thread referenced that they received free gelato with this. Is this an actual thing, and if so, how can I tell if it's something that would apply to my kids (16 and 13).? We are in the YC (if it matters).

we got the rate with Easy Plus and wifi included for adults, so our kid automatically got the Minor's package. His package includes free soft serve. Not gelato.

 

Free soft serve for all is only served during limited times. Free soft serve with a minor's package is available at other times as well.

Where do you get free soft serve for the minor's package?  (Seascape specific if you can say)

Previously, I was told that it was the same as the free for all, and almost never available.
